Question: Good morning Martyn, The scope of work states that this RFP is for resurfacing of Molly Street but the project details do not show any mix types or thickness for asphalt topping. Response: 2.1.1 Project Details Goods and services shall meet or exceed the following guidelines: a. Asphalt base repairs where marked onsite – Mill out 4” and install 4” 19mm asphalt – milled areas must be repaved same day b. Restripe the existing roadway lines and markers – paint shall be used and a double coat applied – “see exhibit map” c. Traffic Control (One lane shall remain open at all times) d. Available work hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday RFP Number 2022 - 06 Page 8 e. Shall conform to federal, state and local requirements and regulations f. Must meet GDOT pavement and smoothness requirements
