Description: The City of Belle Meade will receive sealed bids for the Street and Right-of-Way Maintenance Contract for a two (3) year period beginning JULY 1, 2025, and ending JUNE 30, 2028. At the City’s option, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods. Sealed bids, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received at Belle Meade City Hall, 4705 Harding Road, Nashville, Tennessee 37205 until 9:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work for which bids are submitted consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for various maintenance or small construction projects as designated by the City and its Public Works Department in connection with streets, rights-of way or infrastructure. All projects under this Contract cannot exceed the required public advertisement and sealed bid threshold of $25,000.
