The Town of Estill SC is accepting proposals for engineering services regarding the design of water system improvements for the Town of Estill water system. These activities include the installation of approximately 4,000lf of 6 inch water line in two areas located in the southwest quadrant of the Town to remove customers from galvanized piping, to interconnect dead end lines in the existing system and to tap all the existing customers in the areas onto PVC piping. There is also 100lf of jack and bore under US 321 to prepare for work in a third area. There will need to be assistance as well with determining the extent of wetlands (if any) within the confines of the project work to meet the environmental requirements of the project.
