Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held for this solicitation at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in the Highlands County Engineering Training Room, 505 S. Commerce Ave. 2nd Floor, Sebring, Florida 33870. If mandatory, the County will only accept bid submittals from bidders that are represented during the entire pre-bid meeting and are signed in on the sign-in sheet. Public is invited to attend this meeting.
