Description: The City of Walterboro is soliciting quotes from licensed inspectors to perform comprehensive air monitoring in conjunction with the demolition of one (1) city-owned vacant, dilapidated commercial structure at 419 Hampton Street Walterboro, South Carolina. The commercial structure is approximately 6400 square feet.  This work is part of a grant project funded by SC Department of Commerce. The bidder must geographically be reasonably proximate to the site location.  The firm must hold all applicable state and federal licenses to perform air monitoring during the removal of asbestos. The inspection/ report and project design have been completed in accordance with SC-DHEC Regulations and has been included with this request.
