Description: ALL ITEMS QUOTED MUST BE COMPATABLE WITH EXISTING RAINBIRD MAXICOM SYSTEM.
The City of Aztec is upgrading our current automated irrigation system. Our current system communicates via a 450 mhz radio link on RainBird Maxicom. Due to surrounding terrain we cannot currently communicate with all of our satellites. The City is seeking an upgrade to a 900 mhz radio system with a multiplexer in order to utilize both types of radios. In addition, we are seeking a 900 mhz repeater to "piggyback" the signal to Tiger Sport Complex and Kokopelli park. The City has a Maxicom technician and installer on staff, but will require a minimum of one half day training for the new equipment to be supplied by bidder. Training to be included at no additional cost.
