Description: Pierce County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals to purchase and install four (4) NEW Scoreboards. All bids shall be sealed and delivered no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, March 20, 2020. The County reserves the right to award this bid as their best interests shall dictate, in the light of bid prices/options, the reputation and past performance of the bidder(s), and other factors.  The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and is not obligated to accept the lowest bid if that bid is contrary to the best interests of the County, in the sole discretion of the County.  A bid may be rejected if it is in any way incomplete or irregular; and the County reserves the right to waive minor irregularities.
