Description: The County is continuing to invest in necessary expansion and upgrades to several existing facilities. Over the next three to five years, the County anticipates investing in the following:
• Courthouse buildout
• Animal Control Facility
• Public Safety Center (including EMA)
• Coroner’s Facility
The County seeks an Owner’s Advisor to assist with a Facilities Needs Assessment and Master Planning effort and assist in the procurement and selection of architects and construction management or general contracting firms. The Owner’s Advisor may additionally be asked to provide ongoing advisory support related to project delivery. The Owner’s Advisor will not provide final architectural, construction management or general contractor oversight services.
