Description: This is an invitation to submit a proposal to Dawson County for the provision of a public safety radio communications system to support mission-critical communications.


There will be an optional pre-proposal conference at 9:00 a.m., on January 11, 2023, beginning at the Amicalola Falls Radio Tower, located at 418 Amicalola Falls Lodge Drive, Dawsonville, GA 30534. We will visit each site, if time permits. Attendees must advise the Purchasing Manager no later than January 9, 2023 via email (only) how many company members will be in attendance. No late notifications or attendance of the meeting will be accepted. All questions/comments that may arise from this invitation must be submitted in writing and emailed to the Purchasing Manager at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org no later than January 18, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be posted to the County website and the Georgia Procurement Registry no later than January 25, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
