Description: The City of Framingham (“City”) is accepting sealed bids from qualified installers to complete the retrofit of existing MUSCO field lighting with new MUSCO LED lighting at three little league fields – Carter, Merloni and Tusoni.

This is a lighting project to retrofit existing MUSCO field lighting with new MUSCO LED field lighting. MUSCO fixtures and equipment have been purchased by the City of Framingham. Existing poles will remain and support the new LED fixtures. Contractors submitting bids are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the project site and project documents. Selected bidder will make all final connections and complete commissioning of the systems to ensure proper function. The City of Framingham desires the completed installation to be of the highest quality with regards to design, construction, and usability.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at 165/175 Fountain Street, Framingham, MA 01702 (Loring Arena back entrance adjacent to the softball field).
