Separate sealed bids will be received by the City of Belle Meade online or at 4705 Harding Road, Nashville, TN 37205 until 1:00 PM, CST, on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 for:
• Prepping and painting of interior walls, trim and doors, and some ceiling areas in City Hall and Public Works Garage.
• Prepping and painting all exterior wood trim and doors on both buildings, as specified.
• Pressure washing, cleaning aluminum gutters on both buildings, and caulking and sealing as needed.
