Description: Remove and dispose of the existing metal roof system (approx. 15,076 sf.), flashings and underlayment down to the OSB substrate.  Remove existing trim and fascia boards to facilitate installation of new flashing, replace damaged, deteriorated trim and fascia boards with new trim and fascia boards. Remove existing gutters and downspouts, install new gutters and downspouts, install new high temperature self adhering underlayment, install new standing seam metal roof along with sheet metal flashings and trim.
