Description: Richland School District Two is soliciting proposals for Design-Build services for the design and construction of a new warehouse at its Support Service Center located at 124 Risdon Way, Columbia.  A Site Walk will take place on May 8 at 9:00 am. The Design-Builder will be expected to provide concurrent design and construction turnkey activities for this project resulting in a finished fully usable facility.
