If so, which cooperatives do they use? 3) Can we get a breakdown of usage (mono and color) by machine and month? 4) Are they buying out the contracts early? 5) Do they need to roll the buyout figure into the new lease?

Leases are non-cancellable with the exception of non-appropriation of funds for the equipment. Is LISD willing to sign a non-cancellable lease with non-appropriations? 1. If no, is Lockhart ISD looking to do a rental agreement only with cancellation provisions?

Question: 3. Proposal Form a. For Column F – Monthly hardware payment, is LISD asking for base unit only or to include the required accessories? In Column H, it indicates options so was not sure what LISD is referring to here? b. Please confirm that LISD would like the Service ( Unlimited BW) priced separately in Line 16 along with the Software and the Hardware? c. Please confirm that the 24 devices will not be installed at the same time. Please confirm if you are asking vendors to lock pricing until 2025 when all devices will be installed? i. Is LISD wanting these devices to be co-terminous with the same expiration date or separate 36mth terms as they are now?
