Description: The City of Lakeland, Tennessee, seeks to retain a professional engineering firm to provide various engineering services related to the future construction of the Lakeland Athletic Complex and Recreation Park, Phase II. This future construction project will be to clear, grade, and construct Baseball/Softball fields on a portion of property located near Memphis Arlington and Canada Rd. The project will also include construction of a restroom/concession building, site amenities, paved roadways, and ADA accessible parking and pathways. The project will also pave current gravel parking areas and roadways and add sports lighting to two existing multipurpose flat fields. The project is the second of a multi-phase athletic complex with a recently updated master plan.
