Description:

The Contractor must furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and perform all operations required to construct the Town of Medley Capital Improvements in accordance with the Contract Documents and as described in the Construction Plans.

 

Work includes, but is not limited to, the drainage construction and associated pavement restoration along along 74th Avenue from NW 79th Terrace to NW 82nd Street.

 

Contractor is asked to provide unit costs for typical roadway construction items. Costs will be honored for a period of three (3) years. Price Adjustments According to the consumer Price Index (CPI) will be applied to unit costs during years 2 and 3.

 

Contractor shall be responsible for complying with the requirements of all regulatory agencies and applicable laws; coordination with all impacted utility owners; and complying with the requirements of the Town of Medley and Miami-Dade County
