Description: The objective of this work order is to resurface the existing parking lot and adjoining access points. Limits of work are defined by speed hump south S-96 structure and speed hump at the end of Fellsmere Grade. The parking lot is approximately 135-feet by 545-feet wide (see attached site map). All work shall comply with the latest edition of the FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.
The engineer's construction estimate for the project is $150,000.00.
