Description:

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract 84.0 – Northside Pump Station Improvements will be received, by the Town of Mooresville at the Public Operations Building, 2523 Charlotte Highway, Mooresville, North Carolina 28115, until 2:00 pm local time on August 6, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  The Project consists of improvements to the Northside Pump Station including the construction of a new screening facility and replacement of the existing lime containment structure.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.  Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 pm local time on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at the Northside Pump Station, 148 Rock Hopper Lane, Mooresville, North Carolina 28115. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
