Question 1

Posted: 10/16/2018

Question: Should a cover letter be included? Do resumes count in the 25 page limit? If so, can full resumes be included as an Appendix? Number 5: Required Signatures. RFQ states the selected firm must submit this information. Do you want it included in the SOQ as well? Is there an existing district Master Plan or Implementation Plan? What are the district’s delivery method preferences e.g. Design-build, Lease-Lease back etc…? What is the desired amount of work to be completed annually e.g. $25M/per year?

Response: Cover letter can be included as a part of the 25 pages (if possible), Full resumes, can be included as an appendix at the back of the binder if possible. For the forms section, only the selected firm will be required to fill those out, we included them so that everyone knew what would be expected after selection in case anyone had any issues. Project specific questions have been forwarded to Mr. David Daniels, Director of Maintenance and Operations.

Question 2

Posted: 10/16/2018

Question: 1. Of the estimated $98 million bond projects, what is the breakdown of new construction and modernization projects? 2. What types of modernization projects are proposed in the bond program? 3. What types of structures are planned for anticipated growth of the school district? 4. How many projects will constitute the $98million bond program? 5. What is the project cost of the smallest project contemplated? 6. What is the project cost of the largest project planned? 7. What is the average project cost?
