Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre bid tour will be Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 9:00 AM at the sites beginning at 735 Fulton Ave. then 702 Saxon Ave. 458 Zephyr St., 215 Ardmore Lane, 152 Palisade St., 1009 Carson St., 255 Caulder Circle, 143 George St. Furthermore, be prepared to gain entry into boarded structures with powered screwdrivers and have sufficient lighting to make an assessment.
