Description:

System Description for the Ballroom Video Distribution System and Specifications:
Listed below are the systems for the video upgrade to the ballroom video system endpoints. This is a Video over IP Distribution system. This system will allow for ease of use and providing the same or different input signals across the different ballroom endpoints.
1. Ballroom 1
 Install 14 new AV over IP video decoders and 4AV over IP encoders in Ballroom
a. The 14 new decoders will be mounted to the steel and soffit on the ceiling and various locations.
b. The 4 new encoders will be located in a custom Mobile Rolltop Desk.
c. This will allow for all 4 of these new streams to be streamed to not only any of the 14 decoders in Ballroom 1, but any of the new decoders in Ballroom 2 and 3 as well. ii.
a. This desk will have the necessary connection points to connect the encoders that it houses, to the network, and in turn, to any of the new decoders.
2. Ballroom 2
 Install 8 new AV over IP decoders and 4 new AV over IP encoders
a. The 8 new decoders will be mounted to the steel and soffit on the ceiling and various
locations.
b. The 2 new encoders will be located in a mobile ATA Flight Case.
c. This will allow for all 2 of these new streams to be streamed to not only any of the 8
decoders in Ballroom 2, but any of the new decoders in Ballroom 1 and 3 as well.
3. Ballroom 3
 Install 6 new AV over IP decoders and 4 new AV over IP encoders
a. The 6 new decoders will be mounted to the steel and soffit on the ceiling and various locations.
b. The 2 new encoders will be located in a mobile ATA Flight Case.
c. This will allow for all 2 of these new streams to be streamed to not only any of the 8 decoders in Ballroom 3, but any of the new decoders in Ballroom 1 and 2 as well.

Network and Backbone:

 Above the soffit will be 3 hanging IDF racks. Each of these racks will have network switches to distribute network to all 28 new decoders as well as from the 8 encoders.
 All three of these three new hanging racks will be connected to each other over multimode fiber and will have all of the necessary patching and routing components.
Commissioning:
 Show client how to switch between inputs and outputs
 Assist Client with Download of app to Owner Furnished IPAD or Computer for drag and drop switching of system.
 Check functionality at each end point
 Walk Client thru system, location of end points, and how to do basic troubleshooting of system. Record IP addresses for As Builds
 Coordination with Project Manager and IT Dept for IP Schemes of System
As builds will be provided of the final project, listing IP addressess and end point locations for client refernce. Installer provides a single lift and does expect to use client on site lift(s) as well, for wire pulls. Equipment list is provided under bid sheet. Bidder must list all prices per part and a total cost for the entire project.
TERM OF CONTRACT:
The term of this contract shall begin when all parties have signed. The contract shall run for ninety (90) days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
