THIS IS A FEMA-FUNDED PROJECT

The purpose of the project is to repair Glynn Key Pond which was damaged during Hurricane Sally.  The pond is located in the vicinity of N. Navy Boulevard and Cameron Lane (30.39, -87.28).  The damaged area is located in the southwest corner of the pond.

Tasks include:  Re-grade, reconstructs, and stabilize eroded area adjacent to the southwest fence line, repair a section of asphalt pavement, and remove & replace damaged fencing.

Licenses & Certifications Required:
  • General Contractor's License
  • Underground Utilities License
  • Work Zone Safety Traffic Supervisor Certification

Contract Time & Liquidated Damages:

The Contractor shall commence the Work within ten (10) calendar days from the commencement date established in the Notice to Proceed.  The Work shall be substantially completed within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from the Commencement Date to Substantial Completion.  The Bidder agrees to fully complete all work included within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion.  Liquidated damages of $1,000.00 each day will be assessed for each calendar day that completion of the project is delayed.
