Description: Alabama A&M University Information Technology Services department (AAUM-ITS) is seeking a provider to provide a “White Glove” fully managed “Wireless as a Service” (WaaS) offering. This wireless service must improve the overall wireless coverage across the campus to facilitiate student learning, research capabilities, collaboration, and security. This WaaS offering must compliment our current Residential Network (AAMU-ResNET) by providing seamless connectivity and transition from the AAMU-ResNET areas into the Academic, Administrative and Support areas of the campus with Wireless networking coverage. This WaaS offering must also be capable of integration with our overall security goals of micro-segmentation in a zero-trust access model in our efforts to achieve and maintain the highest possible governance and compliance standards in a higher education setting

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 7/15/2020 1:00 PM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Patton Hall Administration Building, # 317 Conference Room from 1:00 till 2:00 p.m. CST on July 15, 2020. The purpose of this pre-proposal meeting is to review the RFP process and proposal requirements. We will answer questions regarding the requirements and execution of the RFP during this meeting. NOTE: Clarifying responses provided verbally at the pre-proposal meeting shall not be considered official. If an addendum is deemed necessary, one will be released and made available to all parties present. One representative from each participating Offeror must be present at the pre-proposal meeting in order to be deemed responsive to participate in this Request for Proposal. 2. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory. Proposals will only be accepted from those Offerors who are represented at the meeting. Attendance will be evidenced by each representative’s signature on the attendance roster
