Description: SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Okaloosa County, through its Tourist Development Department, is seeking qualified proposers to provide and install gutters, downspouts, and underground drains at the Baker Recreation and Equestrian Center.
Specify, Provide and Install 6" Aluminum, .32 Gauge Box Gutters and Downspouts, along with underground horse-friendly drainage that then releases into the existing swales on the North and South sides of the facilities. Project map and estimated dimensions are attached hereto. Proposer to verify all dimensions.
Downspouts should align with fronts of stalls - one downspout on each end, and then spaced at 30' intervals as needed to support water disbursement. Please identify how many downspouts per section are in your proposal. Please identify how the horse-friendly drainage will be constructed.
Gutters, downspouts, and drainage will be installed in 3 phases, as much as 6 weeks apart.
