Question: Typically, enhancement is only required in the failing areas of a building. Would the District like us to plan to only treat the areas that failed (if provided) or would they like to see full building coverage?

Question: The RFP states that all radios used be provided to the District and Local Personnel. Is it required that DAQ testing be performed with radios, or is a spectrum analyzer with calculated DAQ sufficient?
