Question: In Specification section 321817 Playground Poured In Place Surfacing, Part 1.4 paragraph E states 'Minimum of 7 years from FINAL completion, not pro-rated.' Then later, in Part 1.8 paragraph A section 2 states 'Warranty Period: Ten (10) years from date of FINAL Completion.' Which warranty specification is correct? Thank you

Question: We cannot save or print Attachment A - Pricing Sheet-1.xslx. Also, it seems to be missing any quantities for line items. Would you please issue an editable, printable Attachment A - Pricing Sheet-1.xslx, and include quantities for the line items?
Response: Please reference the instructions on Attachment A - Pricing Sheet. Specifically #2 - The Bidders shall complete Quantity. Also, Attachment A is protected. The Bidders will need to click the "Enable Editing" button to edit the spreadsheet.

Question: Would you please provide the required thicknesses of Poured In Place (PIP) playground surfacing? They are not provided in the project documentation, and absent quotes for all of the playground equipment with associated Critical Fall Height (CFH) information, we cannot request quotes for furnishing and installing it.

Question: While we can now save Attachment A - Pricing Sheet-1.xslx, we can only print Form 2; Form 1 will not print, although it can be edited. Is this unprintability of Form 1 by design, and are we not expected to print out Form 1 and submit it with our bid?
Response: This has been tested externally and both forms are printable. The expectation of the solicitation is that Attachment A-Pricing Sheet, forms 1 and 2 are to be submitted with the bid response.

Question: The Signage Specifications, 101400, list a Rules Sign, however, the drawings show a Bioretention Sign in place of a rules sign. The drawings indicate that there are 4 signs total: 2 Age Signs (2-5 & 5-12), 1 Biorentention Sign, and 1 Reforestation Sign. Please confirm which signs are needed.
