Question: 1. The pricing sheet for this bid opportunity (below) includes service below that is currently under a separate contract between Escambia County Florida and Republic Services. Please see attached service agreement signed July 2021 that expires July 2026. This site and service should not be included in the bid pricing sheet. 2. What is the contract term/service start date? 3. What is the bid bond amount required for this bid opportunity? 4. The bid documents state, “All blanks in the bid documents shall be completed by printing in ink or by computer in both words and numbers with the amounts extended, totaled and the bid signed.” The Bid pricing sheet does not allow for “words” without altering the document. Is this approved or will you offer suggestions?
