Description: The intent and purpose of this procurement is to establish a multi-year contract with qualified Contractor (s) who can provide personnel for daily "support services" to the University's Facilities with expertise in the electrical maintenance and repair trades area, i.e. electrical, fire alarm, and controls. These on-site personnel will operate out of an area provided by the University during normal working hours. The successful Contractor will furnish the labor and equipment on each job issued by the Facility Designee. Contractors and its employees will be consider "Independent Contractor", such that they will not accrue leave, retirement, insurance, bonding, use of vehicles, or any other benefits afforded an ENMU employee.
