Description: The City of Columbia is seeking sealed bids to establish a requirements contract to provide vehicle towing and storage for light duty trucks, cars and vans that have been involved in an accident and are immobile or have been abandoned. A requirements contract does not guarantee any given level of utilization nor will the City be obligated for any minimum charges or fees because of an award. All services under this contract will be on as needed basis. Towing services shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Services under this contract shall be at rates as established by an award of this invitation to bid.
