Escambia County Board of County Commissioners is requesting pricing for the licensing and professional services implementation of the Singlewire InformaCast solution. InformaCast is a notification software solution that transforms devices on any network into a powerful system for IP paging and emergency alerting. It integrates easily with Cisco IP phones, overhead IP speakers, strobes, panic buttons, and more to increase the speed, reach, and success rate of emergency alerts. With the push of a single button on a phone, you can send a live, recorded, or scheduled alerts to one or more recipient groups. Escambia County BOCC is looking for the pricing, installation and configuration of InformaCast for 600 endpoints.
The scope of the project will comprise of the following: design, configuration, validation testing, promote to production, go-live support and post deployment support; and project closure documentation.
Configuration for up to one (1) site, MC Blanchard building
Configuration for up to five hundred and fifty (550) Cisco IP Phones for InformaCast
Configuration for up to fifty (50) additional IP endpoints for InformaCast
