Question: 1. What are the expectations for staffing? Is it the County's intention for the agency to staff both Fire Station 41 and 42, or one station only? 2. Ocean City-Wright Fire Control District understands that the RFP requires the awarded agency to maintain the buildings, equipment, gear and all apparatus to fully functional levels. Will the equipment, gear and all apparatus be clear of all liens and encumbrances? 3. When is the expected start date of services provided by the awarded agency? 4. Can we schedule a walkthrough of facilities to examine equipment, apparatus, and facility condition? Thank you for your time.
