The award of a contract under this solicitation will be paid with federal funding. Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award. All prospective contractors shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA requirements and the terms and conditions of the funding award. In addition, vendors submitting quotes shall be responsible for complying with state law and local ordinances.
