Description: Dorchester County requests sealed bids for parking lot resurfacing at the DSS building located at 216 Orangeburg Road, Summerville, SC 29483. Contractor shall resurface, seal coat, install striping, remove and reinstall existing wheel stops and install all required ADA signage to the parking lot. The contractor shall be responsible for blocking/barricading the parking lot prior to, during, and after all work. Blocking/barricading shall remain in place until all areas are fully cured and able to receive vehicular traffic.Weekend work is preferred. Work shall be scheduled to ensure that the parking lot is reopened and ready for use prior to the next regular business day. Please see attachments for bid specifications and instructions.
