Description:

The City of Etowah, TN is currently soliciting bids for demolition and site restoration of the following locations. 

·         111 Iowa, Etowah, TN 37331

·         513 Athens Pike, Etowah, TN 37331

 

SCOPE OF WORK

1)  Demolition/ removal of structure and removal of all debris. 

2)  Debris will be removed and dumped at cost of contractor.  No container nor hauling of said debris will be completed by the City of Etowah. 

3)  Site is to be back filled as needed, leveled, seeded and strawed.

4)  Work must be completed within 10days from issuance of contract approval. 

5)  Each structure/ location is to be bid separately 

 

Requirements:

·       Any bidding contractor shall submit the following documents with bids

o   Copy of current State Contractor License

o   Copy of current Certificate of Insurance

o   Copy of CDL license for all operators that will be on site

o   Proof of Title VI policy

o   Drug-Free Workplace Affidavit

o   Iran Divestment Act

 

Contractors shall not be allowed to remove any items from sites for their own profit.
