Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Raton for the 2020 Crack Sealing Pavement Preservation Project funded by Cooperative Agreement (Control No. L400447).  The work shall generally consist of preparing and cleaning cracks and joints in designated street surfaces and sealing existing cracks with hot-poured sealant.  Sealed bids shall be received until Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the office of the City Manager as follows:  The City of Raton, 224 Savage Avenue, Post Office Box 910, Raton, NM  87740.  Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening.
