The Rockwood School District invites you to submit a bid according to Rockwood School District’s Community Education Office Renovation Project specifications at one (1) location. Project scope includes renovation of existing office space.


THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING at Ellisville Elementary School, 1425 Froesel Drive, Ellisville, MO 63011 on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. Only attending Bidders will be permitted to submit a qualifying bid. Plans and specifications will be available by contacting Hoener Associates (Wade Welch 314-781-9855)

ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE UNDERSIGNED NO LATER THAN THURSDAY JUNE 22, 2023 AT 2:00 P.M. at Rockwood School District FACILITIES WAREHOUSE Building, 17146 Manchester Road, Wildwood, MO 63040-1001.

Drawings and specifications for this project are on file at the office of the Architect, Hoener Associates, Inc., 6707 Plainview Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63109, (314) 781-9855, FAX (314) 781-0163.

Information as to bidding instructions and requirements for procuring bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect.

Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid all workers employed on this project.

PLEASE NOTE: If the district is closed due to inclement weather, the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting / or the Bids Due date and time will be rescheduled for the next business day when the district is in session.
