The purpose of this request is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for the scope of services included in this request.

Affirmative Action Plan Due:  Friday, August 17, 2018, at 12:00 p.m. local time

Submittals Due: Monday, August 20, 2018, at 12:00 p.m. local time

Opening of Request: Monday, August 20, at 12:00 p.m. local time

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 8/10/2018 8:30 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The meeting will be held in the boardroom at the City of Bloomington Utilities located at 600 E. Miller Dr., Bloomington, Indiana. All attendees must sign in at the meeting. Only Contractors and Firms who attend the pre-proposal meeting will be allowed to submit a proposal for consideration. A tour of all facilities shall be given with opportunities to pose questions. Transportation to the facility sites will be available. There will be facility site maps for those whose choose to provide their own form of transportation.
