Sealed Proposals will be received at North Charleston Purchasing Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, North Charleston, SC 29406 until 11:00 a.m., October 22, 2019, from interested, qualified, licensed and insured vendors to provide Golf Course Improvements for The Golf Club at Wescott Plantation. The projects to be completed are: Bunker Renovation, Turf Improvement, and Driving Range Targets. Work shall commence on or before December 02, 2019 and shall be completed by February 29, 2020.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, October 08, 2019, 1:00 p.m. at The Golf Club at Wescott Plantation, 5000 Wescott Club Drive, Summerville, South Carolina, 29485. Attendance is strongly encouraged. If for some reason you cannot attend, please reach out to Jason Narwold (jnarwold@wescottgolfclub.com) to set up a site visit.
