Description: The Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) intends to contract the services of an experienced, qualified Contractor to perform Annual Flow Monitoring Services for a twelve month period, from January 1, 2016 – December 31, 2016. The contract may be extended for a second and third 12 month period by mutual written consent by both parties with no changes in the terms and conditions. In submitting this bid, Bidder certifies that he/she is qualified to do business in the State of Georgia as required by laws, rules, and regulations or, if allowed by statute, covenants to obtain such qualification prior to contract award. If your company is a corporation, it must be registered with the Georgia Secretary of State.
