Question: Good afternoon. This is Andrew Firestone with Camco Services. Would you be willing to consider any alternate roof system proposal? In addition to TPO, we are certified contractors for GAF, Sherwin Williams/Uniflex, and GE to apply their Silicone Coating System. Being certified contractors for these companies, we can offer their 20 year NDL Warranty, matching TPO's warranty. Silicone Roofing Systems is the fastest growing commercial roofing system on the market due to its ability to match/beat TPO and EPDMs quality and cost. The cost of Roof Coating Systems is half that of TPO. Even without fully replacing the current system on the Annex Building, the price of the fleece back TPO and coverboard will still be double of a Roof Coating System. We are currently about to begin work on several buildings with the Murray County School applying Silicone Roof Coating. I know in these times budgets can be tight with the rising cost of materials, let me know if submitting a price for a Silicone Roofing System would be accepted. Question: Will you accept a substitution of PVC? Will the proposed work schedule reflect the award of the contract? For example, we have a private label membrane manufacturer that can deliver membrane within 3 weeks meaning we could start the project before August in the event we do not have to install another layer of PolyISO. Most manufacturers for membrane and ISO are delivering no sooner than October 2021.

Question: What is the status of this rebid? replace wet insulation. we are not adding any insulation. Can we use 60 mil TPO and scrim sheet in lieu of fleece back TPO? We haven't seen any other questions or emails other than the sign in sheet.
