Question: Please advise, the 1st page of RFQ indicates proposal submittal through Vendor Registry. Page marked #23 (Specification 10 - Sealed Envelope Requirements) indicates one original, five copies and a flash drive to submit the proposal. What is the accepted/required submittal of proposals? Thank you.
Response: All bids will be submit directly to us, not on Vendor Registry. There will post an updated RFQ addendum.

Is this question for IT infrastructure planning for the district and implementation of platforms for faculty, staff and students/ Or for technology used for the Facility Master Planning process of data collection and analyzation of the data/ Or Both?

Response: The binder should have the 12 tabs identified on pages 19-21 in the RFQ. The TABS 1-14 was a typo.

Question: Please advise, will there be an addendum issued regarding the questions that have been asked or are the questions and responses considered the addendum? Noting that on Tab 1 we need to indicate the number of addendums for the RFQ. Thank you.
Response: An addendum will be issued with the questions and answers after the 10/17 deadline for questions.

Question: We note many provisions (“Standard General Requirements”) in the RFQ that seem intended for hiring vendors or construction contractors. Would we be correct to assume that those provisions that those that are relevant to the Owner/Architect prime agreement are wholly contained in Gen-25 which refers to the AIA B101-2017?
Response: That is correct.
