Description: The project can generally be described as: The cleaning, crack sealing, and sealcoating of the existing Taxiway A asphalt pavement surface, along with the repainting of pavement markings within the project limits.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting.A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport, Conference Room No. 1, 1701 State Road 85 N, Eglin AFB, FL 32542-1498 on February 12th, 2025 2:00 P.M CST. A Zoom meeting will also be provided simultaneously. A Site Inspection will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference. The Pre-Bid Conference is the primary opportunity that Bidders will have to address with the Owner questions about the Project, the Contract Documents, and the Owner’s security requirements. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of the Total Bid Price will be required for this Project. Exact Bid Guarantee period requirements are defined in the Instructions to Bidders.
