Addition 1
Posted: 8/3/2023
Type of Addition: Addendum 1
Overview: 1. In the RFP, it states “the allowed equipment” inside the concession stand. Can I have a trailer outside with additional equipment at my expense?
Reply - Yes, the vendor can determine the best means to deliver the service. If that is using our facility or a food truck, as long as it is properly licensed.
2. We will be using a Square POS system with Credit card capability. In the event that an item is not selling we would remove it and/or replace it. Does the city need to know about each change?
Reply - The vendor can only change the menu with written approval from the Parks and Recreation Director. The City will work with the vendor on these changes to ensure a similar but successful menu is maintained for the duration of the contract.
