Description: Separate sealed bids for construction of the CDBG-Southwest Quadrant Waterline Improvements Project for the Town of Estill will be received by the Town of Estill: 323 Martin Luther King Boulevard, South, Estill, South Carolina 29918 until 2:00PM (Local Time) on July 16, 2024, and then publicly opened and read aloud at said location. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. The deadline for submitting questions is July 9, 2024, at 5:00PM (Local Time).

This project consists of providing all required materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the construction of CDBG-Southwest Quadrant Waterline Improvements Project. Generally, the project includes the installation of 1,885-linear feet of 6-inch water main, one (1) new fire hydrant, twenty-three (23) gate valves, and all other necessary appurtenances. Specific details are included within the Construction Plans and Technical Specifications.
