Description: This project includes finishing the interior of a new metal maintenance building for the City of Lakeland Public Works Department.  Work includes connection of utilities and construction of an office, restroom and mezenne area.  Coordination with MLGW will be the owners responsibility.  Plans are currently in review with Shelby Co Code.
