Description:

The School District of the City of Saginaw is accepting bids for work needed at Ruben Daniels Middle School, 1010 Hoyt Ave., Saginaw, MI 48607.

A job walk thru will take place Friday, May 17, 2019 at 1:00pm at 1010 Hoyt Ave, Saginaw, MI 48607.

Sealed bids are due in the Purchasing Office, 550 Millard, Saginaw, MI on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. No late bids will be considered.

The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein.  The District also reserves the right to award the contract as it deems in its best interest.

Bidders will be required to submit a signed, notarized statement, disclosing any familial relationship between the owner, an employee of the bidder and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of the School District. Will not accept bids that do not include sworn and notarized familial affidavit.

Any/all exceptions must be clearly set forth in bid/proposal.
