Question 1

Posted: 3/14/2023

Question: Option 2 asks for pricing for servicing support vehicles of the various departments. Is there a list of those vehicles available?

Response: The list of support vehicles for the various fire departments has been added to the bid document as Addendum No. 1

Question 2

Posted: 3/14/2023

Question: In the price sheet, should vendors input the annual price for services, or the total amount over the three years?

Response: Input your annual price for each of the repairs listed if applicable.

Question 3

Posted: 3/14/2023

Question: Selection Criteria #4 is 25% of the overall and requests response time for emergency vehicle repair notifications. We are more than happy to provide that, but the scope of the RFP is for PM services and inspections. Option 1 is for general repairs, which would be more likely to require an emergency response. Please advise how we are to respond to this question as it pertains to scheduled PM services.

Response: Please indicate your response time for emergency repairs and your hourly rate for emergency repairs as part of your proposal in addition to the general PM service information.

Question 4

Posted: 3/24/2023

Question: For the skid units, can you verify that the bid is only for servicing the skid units themselves, not the vehicles they are installed on?

Response: The RFP responses shall include the PM and testing for the skid units with the emergency repairs for vehicles as at an hourly rate as an option (Option 1).
