At 10:15 am, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Callaway Arts & Conference Center located at 500 Callaway Park Way, Callaway, FL 32404, by the City Clerk, who will evaluate the bids to ensure responsiveness and the engineer will make a recommendation of award after all bids are checked for accuracy.
