Question: General Question: The number of zero emission buses and charging/fueling infrastructure that were Buy America Compliant: BYD Question: Is this question in regards to the current buses delivered or buses being built?

Response: This comment is related to requirements of the County to purchase Buy America. The County wants to ensure the demo is Buy America complaint in the event after the demo, we are able to post a competitive solicitation for purchase.

Response: The County is interested in having a demo for a 3 - 12 month period with infrastructure, if that is how a bus pilot works. This is a Request for Information because the County is not certain what limitations are on such a request, or what the possibilities are.
