Description: The City of Wilson - Greenlight invites contractors to submit bids on the project described herein and/or attached. Construction for this project will need to be completed by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) LET date of April 28, 2026. This project will be phased to align with the order of construction that the NCDOT has established. Greenlight will provide the order of construction in the pre-construction meeting and reserves the right to modify or adjust the sequence of the work as necessary to align with the NCDOT order of construction. Bidders shall include flexibility as necessary to accommodate adjustments in the order of construction as directed by Greenlight as no additional compensation will be allowed for compliance with the order of construction.
